Classified Description:	Brisbane based role. Competitive Salary + Super + Car + Shares Immediate start opportunityleading Australian retailer is experiencing a period of growth in their Brisbane office. In this position as an eCommerce Business Analyst you will initiate an existing customer base to integrate with our organisations B2B platform. At its inception, 12% of their existing clients used this B2B platform that has now grown to 25% in 2010. As an eCommerce Business Analyst your role will grow this channel to 35%. In your new position you will work with two to three new projects per month. At least 50% of your time will be spent on the road with Account Managers consulting with existing customers. Your responsibilities will include Business analysis of the company s eCommerce platform and initiating the integration of current suppliers and customers with this platform. Your role will also involve the delivery of project documents and interaction with IT as well as working on high level eCommerce concepts and dealing with customer queries. Skills Required Knowledge of eCommerceoreBusiness, eProcurement andoror ERP desirable. Customer relationship management skills. Superior influencing and negotiating skills. Superior presentation and group facilitation skills. Time and project management skills. This role requires a self driven individual, somebody who is able to relate to customers and clients in the procurement sector. You will have a customer relationship component to your previous role and will have client site presentation experience. Supply chain or retail eCommerce Business analysis experience desirable.
