Leading Australian organisation is looking for a Business Systems Trainer to join theirandnbsp established and high performing Training Team. You will be providing training for a large business wide implementation of a new financial enterprise business system. You ideally will have hands on training experience with solid Project experience had have knowledge of a Financial ERP ideally Oracle knowledge in Finance, Project Financials, and BI. Role responsibilities 70% People focused role, with 30% mix of analysisortechnicalorsupportorplanning
Face to face training, logistics set up systems access etc.
Update and produce training documentation
Staff development, review, training records and feedback
Involvement with workshops, business support and testing Desirable skills Not all essential Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
3+ years experience as a Business Systems Trainer
Experienced in training of Oracle particularly in GL and Financial, BI, procurement modules, contracts and project financial management
Willingness to travel in Australia and NZ
At least 2 full life cycles of IT implementation projects ideally ERP deployments
