My client a global financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced technical business consultant with extensive experience of Calypso Enhancements, implementations or configuration management . The focus will be mainly around requirements gathering, configuration and system improvementsorimplementations and you will require previous experience in at least one of these areas. Responsibilities - Configuration management, Business Analysis and Technical Project Management
- Requirements gathering, business process improvements and business case development
- Analysis of user requirements and user needs
- Define the set up processes are consistent with the information settings in Calypso
- Define features in alignment with business objectives
- Work closely with the development teams to deliver system enhancements
- Develop test plans for testing
- Chair meetings on system enhancements
- Monitoring of the production, analysis and fixes for production problems
Required knowledge - Experience in Calypso, Business Analysis, project management, Banking, Finance, Asset Classes
- Project experience with Calypso Configuration, implementations, enhancements or Upgrades
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with business facing executives
