Our client, one of Australia s leading organisations is engaged in a search for an experienced Change Manager for an exciting project based in Melbourne. You will need to establish a strong working relationship with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop a change management strategy. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to ensure external customer impacts are considered during the project life cycle when required ie input to training, impacts to Service level agreements and quality of service during an ever changing period of transition. You will be responsible for working with business leaders to align strategy and manage the required change effectively. Understand system changes and identify impacted users for the changes. Your ability to facilitate workshops with focus groups and use outcomes to document accurate, complete and clear process change impacts. Ensuring the impacts on people involvedorimpacted by change are assessed and managed closely to support successful implementations. You will spend your time working in partnership with other work streams to facilitate identification of training requirements and ensuring impacted users have a clear understanding of training requirements and change processes. Core Responsibilities - Demonstrates high degree of teaming within and across work streams
- Consult with business leaders on established programs in planning and executing change management programs and initiatives
- Link with company wide change management community to leverage existing best practices and ensure alignment of initiatives
- Demonstrate experience partnering with leadership teams and coaching organisations on change, working with IT organisations and operations, and in delivery of change management programs for large transformation initiatives
- Work with transformation leadership to define transformation change management requirements develop comprehensive change management plans to engage the business and IT embed change management activities into transformation road maps track and measure completion and effectiveness of change management program
- Work with managers and subject matter experts across multiple functions to assess change requirementsorimpacts and identify user acceptance issues
- Five years experience in an equivalent role
