Our client, a leading Queensland Government Organisation based in the CBD, is currently seeking a Data Analyst to join them on an initial 3 month contract with an option extend a further 3 months. The currentandnbsp Reporting Project has been tasked with developing a number of business reports utilising the consolidated data from various data sources. There is a need for a Data Analyst to work with the project team to assist with this reporting project. Other Key Responsibilities will include the following - Understanding the structure and content of multiple data sources
- Investigating how to link data from multiple sources
- Running queries to identify issues with the data
- Working with the business to establish a cleansing process
- Making recommendations on improvements to sustain data quality and linkages between sources
To be successful for this role you will require the following key experience - Liaise with technical and non technical stakeholders
- Develop and understand entity relationship diagrams
- Produce Reports, where required
- Perform Datamodelling
- Design and run queries using Microsoft SQL and related tools
