As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant you will be responsible for the delivery of professional consulting services to scope, build and implement enterprise Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. You will actively participate in Pre Sales functions presenting proof of concept demonstrations, estimating effort and writing tender responses and solution architecture, build and delivery. Responsibilities Include Participating in the assessment of RFPs and RFQs
Participating in the writing of RFP and RFQ responses with specific responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics CRM estimates and designs
Assisting with proof of concept demonstrations

- 3+ years experience in CRM professional services delivery
- Excellent communication both written and verbal and presentation skills
- Hands on, documented experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM deployments
- Strong business acumen combined with a solid and detailed understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications would be preferred
- Capable of working within a team or autonomously
As Oakton s focus is on using Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a tool to deliver enterprise level solutions, experience working on large projects across the full System Development Life Cycle will be an advantage, as will experience with formal methodologies.
