They require a solid all round consultant that can work across all the databases layers including SQL, Schema, Data marts etc, ETL as well as reporting, predominately DTSorSSIS, SSAS andamp SSRS. You will be reporting to a manager that is renound in the BI space for his leading edge solutions as well as his team management style, which is lead by example and get the best from your staff through projects andamp training.
