This will include taking ownership of faults, resolving problems or escalating accordingly. Following processes and adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements. andnbsp This role is a 24or7 environment which will include some nights and weekend work. The successful applicant will have the following. - Previous experience working in a support role
- CCNA qualified
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding customer service
- Tertiary qualified advantageous however not essential
