This leading telecommunications organisation has an opportunity for an experienced Program Coordinator to join the team in phase 2 of this ITILv3 Service Management ITSM program of work.
As the program coordinator you will lead and manage the administrational components of the V3ITIL Program, to ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
Knowledge and Experience required - Experience working as Program Coordinator for a multi facetted program
- Working with the Program Managers and Project Managers on a major implementation
- Responsible for the co ordination of meetings and workshops for the Program Team
- Intermediate level of MS Project andoror other project planning tools
- Had experience with full project life cycle
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Prior experience establishing goals, setting clear expectations, prioritise activities, and follows through with timely execution
- Strong understanding of the ITIL Framework.A plus would be experience with Telecommunications.
This contract is offered as an initial 6 month assignment with an attractive rate on offer.
