High profile, Global Investment Management organisation seeks an experienced Test Manager that has worked extensively within the fund managementorcustodyortrade settlement area. After a recent large scale expansion a new business stream needs to be integrated into one of the worlds leading finance houses and the process needs strong UAT guidance. This has lead to the need for a 6 m+ Contract for a seasoned Test Manager to drive best practice and manage the whole UAT process. Working with a large degree of autonomy you will liaise with Project Managers, SME s, Business Analysis and Development teams to ensure that applications meet requirements and are of high quality. Leading a team of test analysts and testers through a comprehensive test setup and execution you can put your footprint on this green field site. You will personally be responsible for introducing formal testing methodologies, test planning, test scripts and educating the team approx 10 . Taking control of all processes you will guide designing and developing comprehensive, highly efficient testing programs using contemporary tools.
