Our client, a very well recognised large scale Queensland Government Department, is currently seeking a SAP AA Functional Consultant to join them on a long term contract of up to 18 months! The Department will be transitioning from the Whole of Government platform of ECC5 to a new owned and operated SAP ERP 6 solution and associated components. The SAP AA Functional will be an experienced SAP Assets Consultant with strong plant maintenance integration experience. This role plays an integral part of a multi disciplinary team, and the incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services andoror solutions that meet business requirements. Other Key Responsibilities will include - Ensuringandnbsp that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
- Design, configure and deploy SAP functionality
- Work from an existing template and manage scope
- Provide technical consulting and support to the project
- Provide knowledge transfer to the business representative is imperative
To be successful for this role you will possess the following key criteria - Strong technical and business experience in the Assets module with 5 years configuration experience
- You will be experienced in the full project life cycle, including Blueprinting, Design, Configuration,
- Integration, Testing, and Data Migration
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and innovative problem solving skills
- Develop and recommend options and implement solutions to enhance business performance and reform business processes
- SAP ERP 6 experience would be highly regarded
- Integration with Plant maintenance would be highly regarded
- Experience working in government environment with Prince2 methodology
- Financial experience and or qualification
- SAP certification would be highly regarded
- 5 years plus SAP Assets configuration experience desirable
- Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations bare minimum no expectations
