Our client, a very well recognised large scale Queensland Government Department, is currently seeking aandnbsp SAP BIorBW Development Leadandnbsp to join them on a long term contract of up to 18 months! The Department will be transitioning from the Whole of Government platform of ECC5 to a new owned and operated SAP ERP 6 solution and associated components. The Department requires the services of an experienced SAP BIorBW Functional Consultant to build the new SAP ERP6 environment. You will have responsibility for the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks - We are looking to hire an experienced SAP BIorBW functional consultant to assist with a ECC 6.0 implementation in the design of SAP BWorBI deliverables.
- SAP BWorSAP BI Development, support andamp implementation experience min of 5 years
- Experience across ECC modules andamp relevant data extraction
- Info CubesorInfo Objects design andamp build
- Reporting writing skills
- Ability to co ordinate directly with the customer on solution fit to business requirements and complete blueprint document and change requests when required
- Provide knowledge transfer to the business representative is imperative
To be successful for this role you will possess the following key criteria - Demonstrated experience across SAP modules andamp relevant data extraction
- You will be experienced in the full project life cycle, including Blueprinting, Design, Technical, Integration, Testing, and Migration
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and innovative problem solving skills and report writing skills
- Strong knowledge of reporting tools SAP BW BEx
- SAP ERP 6 and BI 7 experience would be highly regarded
- Experience working in government environment with Prince2 methodology
- Financial experience and or qualification
- SAP certification would be highly regarded
- 5 years plus SAP BIorBW consultancy experience
- Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations desirable
