The role will be an independent Business Analyst role with a view to process improvements and project initiatives throughout the business. The role you will work closely with the business owners and business users to Develop business requirements, redesign organisational business processes Redesign organisational business processes to design and deliver effective solutions that support the overall business initiative Within the role you are required to have the following experience 5 years minimum solid end to end Business Analyst experience Working within medium sized businesses where you have been close to working with business users Experience of working on 2 or more of the following projects or similar projects within a BA capacity Online marketing improvement processes essential Peoplesoft CRM processes preferable Data management preferable Financial and CRM preferable Online sales and product related preferable Online marketing process improvements essential Working with up to 5 6 projects at any one time Worked within a centralisedoroperational role within a business Working with senior management and ability to communicate at all levels of the business Most importantly, you will have had a focus on Business ChangeorProcess improvement and Change related Business Analysis within a multiple project environment The projects involved in the role will include web based improvement, marketing strategy and data management experience amongst others, and whilst you are not required to have in depth technical experience within either of these areas, some of experience across these, including Peoplesoft CRM skills would be highly advantageous. You are also required to be a strong Generic Business Analyst with significant experience of working within a medium sized organisation within a role which requires you to be able to multitask and have several projects running at any one time.
