Classified Description:	Our client is seeking an experienced ProjectorTransition Coordinator to assist the program management team responsible for a large scale roll out project. Your responsibilities would include Implementing and monitoring project activities through the project life cycle Facilitating workshops with internal team members and the customer Creating and managing project plans and project functions with project team Reporting on project progress, identifying and influencing project stakeholders Identifying project objectives, deliverables, constraints, principal work activities, measures and escalation processes. Status and progress reporting and documentation. Developing, implementing and monitoring project schedules Assisting in the evaluation and redesign of deployment offerings. Holding regular status meetings with project team. Keeping project team well informed of changes within the project Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors Resolves andoror escalates issues in a timely fashion Your Experience Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects within quality, time and cost standards. Proven ability to be successful in a Matrix environment for projects of a similar size and scope. Demonstrated 3 years extensive experience in a customer service and outsourcing environment Demonstrated 3 years experience in the delivery of integrated solutions, network integration, andoror convergence projects. 2 years technical understanding of end to end user management Incident, problem, change, release, configuration First class documentation skills.
