With the growing Unified communications needs with their enterprise clients they are now looking for a strong ProjectorProgram Manager who can support a multi million dollar program of work to deploy and support delivery of Cisco based Contact Centre solutions ideally Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise Edition UCCE . About the role This position will be working with one of their Major clients providing Support across the Program Through project deployment and complex integration, consulting with the customer and dealing with high level Management as well as technical delivery teams. SkillsorRequirements 5 10years experience within Senior Project Management capacity Have worked in or strong understanding of working at a Program Level Have a proven track record of delivery on Complex enterprise customers andgt $10million budget Strong Stakeholder management with emphasis on RemediationorResolution Proven Experience Deploying Contact Centre Solutions with Cisco UCCE Experience highly preferable Outstanding communication and presentation skills this role is customer facing.
