Their work environment is fast paced and ever changing. They seek a Senior Service Delivery Manager, who will be responsible for end to end service delivery directly to the business, reporting to the Infrastructure Services Manager, and having an influence across the business and IT groups. Primary objectives for this role are Delivering end to end service for the business. Championing core ITIL Processes, Incident, problem Change, Configuration Management strategies . Manage capacity and capability, reporting and monitoring activity across the IT environment. Managing relationships between the business and IT environments. Active financial management of internal IT charging ensuring accountability and accuracy of internal IT charges. To succeed in this role the skills you will possess consist of Experience across a broad range of applications, plus knowledge of Unix, Windows, Databases, Networks and IT security. Proven operations Management ability and ITIL Service Management expertise. Outstanding communications skills, written and verbal. Strong leadership and team player abilities. Proven ability to deliver in a fast paced environment. Experience in the Financial Services Industry.
