As a Systemandnbsp Analyst you will be required to scope new IT initiatives for a major replacement project within the legal industry. This is a permanent position, where you will be working with practice groups to deliver the required IT solution to the business.andnbsp You will have the following key responsibilities - Analyse existing and future business requirements and improvements to information system solutions
- Research and recommend variations to policy and procedural matters affecting the efficient operation of the allocated area of responsibility
- Analyse, report, export and import electronic information
- Communicate technical issues to business groups
- Analyse business requirements and assess the needs within client groups so that business and cost efficiencies may be realised through the use of information management processes
- Assist with the development and implementation of solutions and subsidiary plans that link with the department and branch outcomes
- Provide specialist strategic and operational advice on business directions, using experience and knowledge of the business to influence strategic directions.
You will have the following skills and experience - Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in the role ofandnbsp System Analyst within the Legal industry
- Experience in researching, analysing and documenting business requirement specifications and software requirement specifications
- Experience in developing high quality written analysis reports and other documentation for consideration by stakeholders
- Ability to liaise, negotiate and consult with clients within a large organisation to meet project objectives
- Excellent time management, accuracy skills and professional manner
- Knowledge and understanding of the legal industry and system requirements
