As a Test Team Lead in this fast paced banking systems development group, you ll have complete responsibility for all test deliverables as well managing a small team. You will be collocated with the business and will work closely with business analysts and development teams to ensure accurate testing deliverables are produced, manage test environments as well as leading a team across this Integration project Given the lean nature of this team we are seeking a Test Team Lead with strong technical skills, eg In depth testing experience ideally with a background in Financial Markets Proven experience in writing Test StrategyorTest Plan documents Experienced across all forms of testing including Regression and SIT Quality Centre experience Outstanding English Verbal and written English communication skills will be essential.
